Expand main menu: If your main menu has sub-menu items that you want to be presented inside a dropdown menu, you will need to enable this feature by checking the box. You'll then need to navigate to http://www.yoursite.com/?q=admin/structure/menu/manage/main-menu. Next to each menu item you should see a link that says edit. If you want a particular menu item to appear in the dropdown menu, click its edit link and make sure the box that reads Show as expanded is checked.
